Sorry to those who read my blog, I haven't been able to blog recently due to my laptop overheating and melting the keyboard.

So todays blog is about Technology.  The way it has intertwined with our lives, and has made it near impossible to live without.  With the likes of Facebook and twitter taking over our social lives the internet is one of the many things that people of the post-modern era have become entirely dependent upon.

I feel that technology has created a void, that many of today's society hide behind.  Due to technology the stupid have become the intelligent, able to change the views of thousands whereas the intelligent have become hidden, not coming forth anymore due to the amount of opinionated consumers and producers that scale the web.

I think that we have become to reliant upon the internet, meaning that some of society have lost valuable communication skills, as they have not had to necessarily had to talk face to face with a person.  Teenagers in particular have stopped going out, because it is easier to use the technology that creates synthetic realities for them to play in.

Admittedly I am being over critical about the use of technology, it has brought communities together, allowed them to communicate with each other quickly and efficiently just with the click of a mouse or the press of a button.
